摘要
企业社会资本是一种以信任为特征的、深度嵌入企业内外网络中并能动员网络成员以获取稀缺资源的能力,作为一种关键的组织资源其在企业创新、投融资、绩效提升等方面发挥着越来越重要的作用,引起了学界和业界的广泛关注。本文通过对知网等数据库中的众多文献综合分析,系统梳理了企业社会资本的研究现状,包括其定义与内涵、构成类型、关注度、研究发现等方面。同时,通过消化、吸收相关文献的基础上,本文运用定性研究方法进行研究,做出总结并提出研究展望。
Corporate social capital is a type of ability characterized by trust, deeply embedded in internal and external networks of enterprises, and capable of mobilizing network members to obtain scarce resources. As a key organizational resource, it plays an increasingly important role in enterprise innovation, investment and financing, performance improvement, and has attracted widespread attention from academia and industry. This article comprehensively analyzes numerous literature in databases such as CNKI and systematically reviews the research status of corporate social capital, including its definition and connotation, composition types, attention, research findings, and other aspects. Meanwhile, based on the digestion and absorption of relevant literature, this article uses qualitative research methods to conduct research, make a summary, and propose research prospects.
