产业链视角下企业基于OPM战略的营运资金管理研究——以恒顺醋业为例

A Study of Working Capital Management in Enterprises Based on the OPM Strategy from the Perspective of the Industry Chain—A Case Study of Hengshun Vinegar Industry

高效的营运资本管理是提升产业链效益和实现企业目标的关键因素。本文以恒顺醋业营运资金管理为例,结合OPM战略探讨该企业产业链整合及营运资本的现状,从供、产、销、投,四个产业链细分层面分析恒顺醋业营运资金的管理效果。研究提出增强调味品行业抗风险能力的建议,也为其他企业完善资金管理提供参考。

Efficient working capital management is a key factor in improving the efficiency of the industry chain and achieving the goals of the enterprise. This article takes the working capital management of Hengshun Vinegar Industry as an example, and combines it with the OPM strategy to explore the current status of the company’s industry chain integration and working capital. The article analyzes the effectiveness of Hengshun Vinegar Industry’s working capital management from the perspectives of supply, production, sales, and investment, which are the four segmented aspects of the industry chain. The study proposes recommendations to enhance risk resistance capabilities in the condiment industry and provides references for other enterprises to improve their capital management.
