电子商务公司社会责任的履行与缺失研究

摘要 电商公司履行社会责任对于推动电子商务行业高质量发展具有重要意义,公司履行社会责任是一种长期的价值追求,有助于提高公司声誉。电商公司缺乏社会责任意识,不履行社会责任会给电商公司自身和整个电商行业的健康发展带来一定的负面影响。在互联网时代,电子商务进入高速发展阶段,具有便捷性、覆盖面广等优势。然而,在电子商务快速发展的同时,部分电商公司缺失社会责任,损害公共利益,产生了不良影响。现从公司社会责任履行的角度出发,对电商公司社会责任缺失现象进行剖析并提出对策,以此助力我国电商公司树立正确的社会责任意识,积极履行社会责任。 The fulfillment of social responsibility by e-commerce companies is of great significance for promoting the high-quality development of the e-commerce industry. Fulfilling social responsibility is a long-term value pursuit that helps to enhance the company’s reputation. E-commerce companies lack awareness of social responsibility, and failure to fulfill social responsibility will have a certain negative impact on the healthy development of the e-commerce company itself and the entire e-commerce industry. In the Internet era, e-commerce has entered a stage of rapid development, with advantages such as convenience and wide coverage. However, while e-commerce is developing rapidly, some e-commerce companies lack social responsibility, which damages public interests and has a negative impact. From the perspective of fulfilling corporate social responsibility, this article analyzes the phenomenon of lack of social responsibility in e-commerce companies and proposes countermeasures to help Chinese e-commerce companies establish a correct sense of social responsibility and actively fulfill their social responsibilities.
