我国电子商务在线纠纷解决机制研究

摘要 在人类社会的高速发展中,网络空间的不断壮大使得人类生活得到了空前的便利。网络的不断发展也使得电子商务这一新兴经济逐渐普及且发展迅猛,随之而来的电子商务纠纷也不断增多。人们所熟知的纠纷解决机制在处理电子商务纠纷时通常缓慢、粗略且复杂,而运用电子商务在线纠纷解决机制可以通过网络在线简单灵活地解决争议。通过分析在线纠纷解决机制在我国电子商务纠纷中的现状,归纳问题所在,提出相应思路,如加强相关法律规制、要确立统一的在线纠纷解决机制平台等方式以用来处理电子商务纠纷更加公平、高效、便利。 In the rapid development of human society, the continuous expansion of cyberspace has made human life unprecedentedly convenient. The continuous development of the network also makes the emerging economy of e-commerce gradually popularized and developed rapidly, and the ensuing e-commerce disputes are also increasing. The well-known dispute resolution mechanism is usually slow, rough and complicated when dealing with e-commerce disputes, but the e-commerce online dispute resolution mechanism can solve disputes simply and flexibly online through the network. By analyzing the status quo of online dispute resolution mechanism in e-commerce disputes in China, this paper summarizes the problems, and puts forward corresponding ideas such as strengthening relevant legal regulations and establishing a unified online dispute resolution mechanism platform to deal with e-commerce disputes in a fairer, more efficient and more convenient way.
