随着全球电子商务的迅猛发展,跨境电商已成为推动国际贸易和经济全球化的重要力量。其中,供应链管理作为支撑跨境电商高效运作的根本,日益受到学界和业界的高度重视。本文基于国际贸易、供应链管理和电子商务领域的理论基础,深入分析并设计了适应时代发展的跨境电商供应链管理模式。本文首先对跨境电商这一概念进行了概述,探讨了跨境电商的特点与挑战,继而分析了当前跨境电商供应链管理的现状,确定存在的问题和挑战,最后基于前期的研究和现状分析,构建适用于跨境电商的供应链管理模式。本文通过对跨境电商供应链管理模式进行综合研究,为跨境电商发展提出了一定的理论和实践参考,旨在提升跨境电商供应链管理的效率和竞争力,为跨境电商企业提供决策支持和管理参考。

With the rapid development of global e-commerce, cross-border e-commerce has become an important force to promote international trade and economic globalization. Among them, supply chain management, as the basis for supporting the efficient operation of cross-border e-commerce, has increasingly been highly valued by the academic community and the industry. Based on the theoretical basis of international trade, supply chain management and e-commerce, this paper deeply analyzes and designs a cross-border e-commerce supply chain management model that adapts to the development of The Times. This paper first summarizes the concept of cross-border e-commerce, discusses the characteristics and challenges of cross-border e-commerce, then analyzes the current situation of cross-border e-commerce supply chain management, and determines the existing problems and challenges. Finally, based on the previous research and analysis of the current situation, the supply chain management model suitable for cross-border e-commerce is constructed. By comprehensively studying the supply chain management mode of cross-border e-commerce, this paper proposes certain theoretical and practical references for the development of cross-border e-commerce, aiming to improve the efficiency and competitiveness of cross-border e-commerce supply chain management, and provide decision support and management reference for cross-border e-commerce enterprises.
