电子商务企业创新效率的DEA评价及可视化分析

摘要 在迅速发展的数字经济环境中,准确评估电子商务上市企业的创新能力与运营效率对促进科技进步和资源配置至关重要。本研究通过结合数据包络分析(DEA)模型和数据可视化技术,深入评估了中国电子商务领域上市企业的创新表现和效率。研究选取了2022年国泰安(CSMAR)数据库中20家上市企业,采用研发投入金额、研发人员数量和研发人员占比作为投入指标,以净利润和净资产收益率作为输出指标,以全面捕捉企业创新投入的规模和质量,以及其经济效益的实际体现。通过并列柱状图、堆叠柱状图、气泡图、箱线图等多种数据可视化工具,本研究不仅提升了分析的直观性和理解度,还为决策者提供了清晰的决策支持。本研究旨在揭示上市企业在创新效率上的差异,识别关键影响因素,提供科学合理的资源配置和创新布局建议,以支持国内科技创新和产业发展。 In the rapidly evolving digital economy landscape, accurately assessing the innovation capabilities and operational efficiency of listed e-commerce companies is crucial for promoting technological advancement and resource allocation. This study employs a combination of Data Envelopment Analysis (DEA) model and data visualization techniques to comprehensively evaluate the innovation performance and efficiency of listed e-commerce enterprises in China. Drawing from a sample of 20 listed companies from the 2022 Guotai An (CSMAR) database, research inputs include research and development (R&D) expenditure, number of R&D personnel, and the proportion of R&D personnel, while outputs consist of net profit and return on net assets, capturing both the scale and quality of innovation inputs and their actual economic outcomes. Utilizing various data visualization tools such as side-by-side bar charts, stacked bar charts, bubble charts, and box plots, this study not only enhances the intuitiveness and understanding of the analysis but also provides clear decision support for stakeholders. The aim of this research is to uncover disparities in innovation efficiency among listed companies, identify key influencing factors, and offer scientifically sound recommendations for resource allocation and innovation strategies to support domestic technological innovation and industrial development.
