摘要
员工的行为与组织情景息息相关。本文基于角色理论,结合我国组织情境,探讨了组织惰性对电子商务企业员工竞合行为和职业倦怠的影响机制,通过对电子商务企业发放问卷,调查获得257份问卷样本,对运用层级回归和结构方程模型分析,研究结果显示:(1) 组织惰性对竞合行为显著正相关。(2) 角色压力在组织惰性对竞合行为的影响中起部分中介作用。(3) 职业承诺在组织惰性影响员工竞合行为中起显著中介作用,与角色压力存在链式中介关系。
Employee behavior is closely related to the organizational context. Based on the role theory and combined with the organizational context in China, this paper explores the influence mechanism of organizational inertia on employees’ coopetition behavior and burnout in e-commerce enterprises, and obtains 257 questionnaire samples through questionnaire survey, and analyzes the hierarchical regression and structural equation model, and the results show that: (1) Organizational inertia is significantly positively correlated with coopetition behavior. (2) Role stress plays a mediating role in the influence of organizational inertia on coopetition behavior. (3) Career commitment plays a significant mediating role in the influence of organizational inertia on employees’ coopetition behavior, and there is a chain mediating relationship with role pressure.
