基于演化博弈乡村振兴战略下农村物流发展的路径研究

Research on the Development Path of Rural Logistics under the Rural Revitalization Strategy of Evolutionary Game

随着互联网迅速普及,网上购物冲击到实体购物的传统贸易体系,中国网络市场迎来了一波又一波热潮,乡村振兴战略更是让农村物流发展更上一层楼。本文基于农村物流配送体系混乱等问题,引入乡村菜鸟驿站构想,建立邮政公司、物流企业、乡村菜鸟驿站三方演化博弈,并通过数值仿真探究成本分担比例以及收入分配比例对博弈过程的影响。研究发现:博弈最理想的状态即是三方选择合作策略。在相同成本或收益下,不同的分担比和分配比会影响到三方的合作意向,政府可在一定条件下规划合理比例,促进博弈朝着三方合作的理想状态持续,从而推进快递“最后一步进万家”的发展。

With the rapid popularization of the Internet, online shopping has impacted the traditional trading system of physical shopping, and China’s online market has ushered in waves of upsurges. The rural revitalization strategy has made the development of rural logistics go to a higher level. Based on problems such as the chaos of rural logistics distribution system, this paper introduces the concept of rural Cainiao Courier station, establishes a tripartite evolutionary game among postal companies, logistics enterprises and rural Cainiao Courier stations, and explores the impact of cost sharing ratio and income distribution ratio on the game process through numerical simulation. It is found that the optimal state of the game is that the three parties choose the cooperative strategy. Under the same cost or income, different sharing ratio and distribution ratio will affect the cooperation intention of the three parties, and the government can plan a reasonable proportion under certain conditions to promote the game toward the ideal state of tripartite cooperation, so as to promote the development of express delivery “the last step into 10,000”.
