在信息时代的大背景下,中国现制茶饮行业在经历了一轮快速扩张之后进入了深入整合发展的阶段。本文采用SWOT分析方法,从多个角度对现制茶饮行业的典型企业——茶颜悦色进行了全方位的剖析,归纳得出茶颜悦色品牌发展的问题及面临的挑战与机遇。
In the context of the information age, China’s current tea beverage industry has entered a stage of deep integration and development after experiencing a round of rapid expansion. This article adopts the SWOT analysis method to comprehensively analyze the typical enterprise in the current tea beverage industry—Modern China Tea Shop from multiple perspectives, and summarizes the problems, challenges, and opportunities faced by the development of the Modern China Tea Shop brand.
