摘要
随着互联网技术的蓬勃发展,电子商务不仅改变了购物、支付和物流服务的方式,也成为推动社会经济发展的重要产业。本文从电子商务的发展历程切入,强调了其在市场特征上的演变,在电子商务的背景下,消费者权益面临多方面的挑战,包括个人信息的安全性、虚假广告的问题以及商品质量和安全。对于这些挑战,文章探讨了国际和中国在消费者权益保护方面的法律法规,并分析了在实施过程中遇到的困难。针对如何在电子商务的快速发展中更好地保护消费者权益,本文还提出了包括法律法规完善、技术应用加强、消费者教育提升及企业社会责任增强在内的建议。
With the vigorous development of Internet technology, e-commerce has not only changed the way of shopping, payment and logistics services, but also become an important industry to promote social and economic development. This article starts with the development process of e-commerce and emphasizes its evolution in market characteristics. In the context of e-commerce, consumer rights and interests face various challenges, including the security of personal information, the problem of false advertising, and product quality and safety. For these challenges, the article explores the laws and regulations of international and Chinese consumer rights and interests protection, and analyzes the difficulties encountered in the implementation process. This article also proposes suggestions on how to better protect consumer rights and interests in the rapid development of e-commerce, including improving laws and regulations, strengthening technology applications, enhancing consumer education, and enhancing corporate social responsibility.
