“数商兴农”视域下贵州乡村电商发展的策略探究

摘要 在当前“数商兴农”战略视域下推进产业振兴,抓牢“三农”底线任务重在以现代信息技术创新应用为产业赋能。在此背景下贵州积极把握发展机遇,立足省内资源禀赋和产业基础大力发展乡村电商,通过多元主体协同作用共同打造出不少优质农特品牌,形成独具特色的电商发展模式。本文旨在探究贵州乡村电商在已有进展成果上如何继续推动可持续发展,围绕整体设施与产业链建设、专业人才与品牌培育等方面展开分析。 Under the current strategic vision of “number business to promote agriculture”, the promotion of industrial revitalization and the task of grasping the bottom line of “three rural areas” are focused on the innovation and application of modern information technology to empower the industry. In this context, Guizhou actively grasped the development opportunities, based on the provincial resource endowment and industrial foundation, vigorously developed rural e-commerce, and jointly created many high-quality agricultural brands through the synergy of multiple subjects, forming a unique e-commerce development model. This paper aims to explore how rural e-commerce in Guizhou can continue to promote sustainable development on the basis of the existing progress, and analyzes the overall facilities and industry chain construction, professional talents and brand cultivation.
