我国产业数字化发展水平测度及时空演变特征研究

摘要 本文从农业数字化、工业数字化、产业数字化、综合数字化程度以及产业数字化基础5个维度选取24个相关指标来构建我国产业数字化发展水平评价指标体系。基于2013~2021年中国31个省份(市、区)的面板数据,结合熵权法确定权重以及测度我国产业数字化发展水平,分别通过Dagum基尼系数、核密度法以及Moran’s I指数法对其时空演变特征进行研究。结果显示:我国产业数字化发展水平整体呈现持续上升的趋势,但各地区差距明显;空间上,东部整体发展水平远高于中部、西部以及东北地区;四大地理分区尽管总体差异基本保持不变,但差距依然显著。在影响总体差异的因素中,区域间差异起到了主要作用,而超变密度的影响则相对较小;区域间有正向的空间相关性,东部部分地区省份(市、区)呈现“高高”集聚,其他地区基本表现为“低低”集聚。 In this paper, 24 relevant indicators were selected from five dimensions: agricultural digitalization, industrial digitalization, industrial digitalization, comprehensive digitalization degree and industrial digitalization foundation to construct the evaluation index system of China’s industrial digitalization development level. Based on the panel data of 31 provinces (cities and districts) in China from 2013 to 2021, combined with the entropy weight method to determine the weights and measure the level of industrial digitalization in China, the spatiotemporal evolution characteristics of the Dagum Gini coefficient, kernel density method and Moran’s I index method were studied. The results show that the overall level of industrial digitalization development in China continues to rise, but there is an obvious gap between regions. Spatially, the overall development level of the eastern region is much higher than that of the central, western and northeastern regions. Although the overall differences between the four geographical regions remain basically the same, the differences are still significant. Among the factors influencing the overall difference, the inter-regional difference played a major role, while the influence of supervariable density was relatively small. There is a positive spatial correlation between regions, and the provinces (cities and districts) in some eastern regions show “high and high” agglomeration, while other regions basically show “low and low” agglomeration.
