数字化背景下农村电子商务的发展分析

摘要 随着数字技术的发展和数字化背景的加深,中国农村电子商务发展迅猛、潜力巨大,相关配套基础设施不断完善,催生出一系列电商新模式新业态,逐渐成为带动农村经济发展的新模式新业态,为“三农”高质量发展带来活力与动力。但农村电子商务在目前发展过程中仍存在一定不足,如地区发展不平衡、物流服务体系不完善、专业人才缺乏、电商标准化品牌化程度低、数据共享不充分等问题突出。因此文章顺应数字化背景下农村电子商务发展趋势,提出一系列针对性政策建议,向农村新电商转型发展,促进农村电子商务高质量发展。 With the continuous development and improvement of digital technology, China’s rural e-commerce is developing rapidly, the prospect is huge, the relevant infrastructure is constantly improving, has given birth to a series of e-commerce new model and new format, and gradually become a new model and new format to drive rural economic development, bringing strong impetus for the high-quality development of agriculture, rural areas and farmers. However, there are still some deficiencies in the development process of rural e-commerce in China, such as unbalanced regional development, prominent problems in the logistics service system, lack of e-commerce professionals, low degree of standardized branding, and insufficient data sharing. Therefore, this paper conforms to the development trend of rural e-commerce under the background of digitalization, and puts forward a series of targeted policy suggestions to promote the high-quality development of rural e-commerce and the transformation and development of rural new e-commerce.
