乡村振兴背景下苏北农村电子商务发展研究

摘要 随着乡村振兴战略的实施,近年苏北地区的道路、农田水利等基础设施短板较大程度上得到了补齐,苏北农村电子商务有了一定发展,但与农业农村现代化的发展需求还有一定的差距。苏北农村电子商务存在着诸如苏北农村电商基础设施落后,资金投入不足,苏北农村电商人才缺乏,品牌建设不足,品牌效应释放困难等问题。基于目前存在的问题,本文提出了拉动投资完善基础设施、加大人才引进力度、打造独有品牌等有助于促进苏北农村电子商务发展的对策建议,致力于发展苏北农村电子商务,以电子商务视角为我国乡村振兴战略的实施增砖添瓦,助力苏北农民增加收入、提高生活质量,促进农业现代化。 With the implementation of the rural revitalization strategy, the road, farmland and water conservancy infrastructures in northern Jiangsu have been patched up to a large extent in recent years, and rural e-commerce in northern Jiangsu has developed to a certain extent, but there is still a certain gap with the development demand of agricultural and rural modernization. There are many problems in the rural e-commerce in northern Jiangsu, such as the backward infrastructure, insufficient investment, lack of talents, insufficient brand construction and difficulties in releasing brand effect. Based on the existing problems, this paper puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions to promote the development of rural e-commerce in northern Jiangsu province, such as promoting investment, perfecting infrastructure, increasing talent introduction, building unique brand, etc., we are committed to the development of rural e-commerce in northern Jiangsu, from the perspective of e-commerce for the implementation of our rural revitalization strategy to help northern Jiangsu farmers to increase income, improve quality of life, and promote agricultural modernization.
