在大数据时代,电子商务迅猛发展,第三方支付的普及,给消费者的日常生活带来便利的同时,也带来了风险。目前我国第三方支付中存在侵犯消费者资金安全、损害消费者信息安全、危害消费者交易安全等诸多问题。为此,需通过规范资金安全保障制度、完善个人信息保护机制、创新纠纷解决途径等措施,健全第三方支付中的消费者权益保障机制,确保消费者权益不受侵害。
In the era of big data, e-commerce is developing rapidly, and the popularization of third-party payment has brought convenience to people’s daily lives, but also brought many risks. There are many problems in China’s third-party payment, such as violating the safety of consumers’ funds, damaging the safety of consumers’ information, and endangering the safety of consumers’ transactions. Therefore, it is necessary to establish a system of financial security protection through standardization, improve personal information protection mechanisms, and innovate dispute resolution channels to establish a consumer rights protection mechanism in third-party payment, ensuring that consumer rights are not violated.
