摘要
数字经济越来越成为一种新的经济发展模式,其中,数据资源是重要的生产要素,数字化转型是最主要的推动力,其逐渐成为影响企业市场竞争和行业发展成败的重要因素。对包含数字化转型与创新绩效之间关系的相关文献以及研究成果进行了回顾,并在此基础上引入动态能力作为研究的中介变量,在理论上进一步丰富了数字化转型对创新绩效的影响的实证研究。对新能源汽车企业员工进行调研,通过SPSS27.0软件和AMOS24.0软件分析回收、处理后的210份有效问卷,研究有以下发现:1) 数字化转型对企业创新绩效有积极的影响;2) 动态能力在数字化转型与企业创新绩效的之间作为中介变量存在一定程度的中介作用。在此基础上,根据研究结论进一步提出管理启示。
Digital economy has increasingly become a new economic development model, in which data resources are an important factor of production, and digital transformation is the most important driving force, which has gradually become an important factor affecting the success or failure of enterprise market competition and industry development. This paper reviews the related literature and research results including the relationship between digital transformation and innovation performance, and on this basis, introduces dynamic capability as the intermediary variable of the research, which further enriches the empirical research on the influence of digital transformation on innovation performance in theory. The employees of new energy automobile enterprises were investigated, and 210 valid questionnaires were analyzed by SPSS27.0 software and AMOS24.0 software. The research found that: 1) Digital transformation has a positive impact on enterprise innovation performance;2) Dynamic capability plays an intermediary role as an intermediary variable between digital transformation and enterprise innovation performance. On this basis, according to the research conclusion, the management enlightenment is further put forward.
