利益相关者视角下电商企业冲突研究

摘要 在当今电子商务蓬勃发展的时代背景下,电商企业作为市场经济的重要参与者,其运营和发展过程中不可避免地会面临各种冲突和挑战。冲突的发生基于与各利益主体之间的矛盾,因此本文基于利益相关者视角分析电商企业所面临的一些困境。首先基于文献研究和网络调查识别出电商企业的利益相关者以及利益诉求,其次对冲突的类型及成因进行分析,最后提出电商企业解决利益相关者冲突的一些建议。本研究为电商企业矛盾冲突问题的解决提供参考价值,同时也为电商企业的发展助推力量。In the context of the booming development of e-commerce, e-commerce enterprises, as an important participant in the market economy, inevitably face various conflicts and challenges in their operation and development. The occurrence of conflicts is based on conflicts with various stakeholders. Therefore, this paper analyzes some dilemmas faced by e-commerce enterprises from the perspective of stakeholders. Firstly, the stakeholders and interest demand of e-commerce enterprises are identified based on literature research and network survey. Secondly, the types and causes of conflicts are analyzed. Finally, some suggestions are put forward to solve the conflicts of stakeholders of e-commerce enterprises. This study provides reference value for solving the conflict of e-commerce enterprises, and promotes the development of e-commerce enterprises.
