摘要
本文着重研究新《快递市场管理办法》背景下中国电商与快递企业的应对策略,从供应链管理优化、物流配送方式创新、服务品质提升与顾客满意度增强三个维度出发,深入探讨了电商与快递企业面临的挑战与机遇。通过对新管理办法主要内容的剖析,揭示了其对快递行业及电商企业监管体系的完善意义。由于电子商务市场持续扩大与快递物流服务需求增加,构建协同发展的新型合作关系显得尤为重要。因此,本文提出了一系列发展对策,旨在通过这些措施促进电商与快递企业的深度整合,共同提升服务效率以满足消费者需求,实现行业的高质量发展。This paper focuses on the coping strategies of China’s e-commerce and express delivery enterprises under the background of the new Express Delivery Market Management Measures. Starting from three dimensions of supply chain management optimization, logistics distribution mode innovation, service quality improvement and customer satisfaction enhancement, it deeply discusses the challenges and opportunities faced by e-commerce and express delivery enterprises. Through the analysis of the main content of the new management method, it reveals the significance of improving the supervision system of express delivery industry and e-commerce enterprises. As the e-commerce market continues to expand and the demand for express logistics services increases, it is particularly important to build a new type of cooperative relationship for synergistic development. Therefore, this paper puts forward a series of development countermeasures, aiming to promote the deep integration of e-commerce and express delivery enterprises through these measures, jointly improve service efficiency to meet consumer demand, and achieve high-quality development of the industry.
