乡村振兴背景下农村电商人才的需求现状、培养模型与路径分析

摘要 乡村振兴,关键在人,农村电商作为推动乡村振兴的重要抓手,农村电商人才的教育培训不容忽视。农村电子商务的发展,在畅通农产品进城渠道,加速推进农业数字化,创新优化农户就业创业方式,促进农业产业转型升级等方面具有重要作用。结合目前农村电商人才的培养现状,梳理农村电商人才的培养瓶颈,提出针对性的农村电商人才培养路径,目前农村电商人才需要加强综合知识素养能力的培养,持续培育农村电商带头人,并保障农村电商人才的工作环境与农村电商企业的营商环境,还需要关注高校人才与农村需求供给双方的匹配度。本文以政策、技术、环境等方面出发,完善农村电商人才培养模式与路径,确保留得住农村电商优秀人才,培养复合型人才应对数字农业发展,并保障高校与农村资源优势互补,实现高校人才培养供给侧精准对接农村电商行业需求侧。The key to rural revitalization lies in people. Rural e-commerce is an important starting point for promoting rural revitalization. The education and training of rural e-commerce talents cannot be ignored. The development of rural e-commerce is important in smoothing the channels for agricultural products to enter cities, accelerating the digitalization of agriculture, innovating and optimizing the employment and entrepreneurship methods of farmers, and promoting the transformation and upgrading of the agricultural industry. Combined with the current training status of rural e-commerce talents, we sorted out the bottlenecks in cultivating rural e-commerce talents and proposed targeted training paths for rural e-commerce talents. At present, rural e-commerce talents need to strengthen the cultivation of comprehensive qualities and continue to cultivate rural e-commerce leaders. In order to ensure the working environment of rural e-commerce talents and the business environment of rural e-commerce enterprises, it is also necessary to pay attention to the matching between university talents and rural demand and supply. This article starts from the aspects of policy, technology, environment, etc., to improve the rural e-commerce talent training model and path, ensure the retention of outstanding rural e-commerce talents, cultivate compound talents to cope with the development of digital agriculture, and ensure that universities and rural resources, so as to achieve the precise connection between the supply side of talent training in universities and the demand side of the rural e-commerce industry.
