摘要
党的二十大报告提出,全面推进乡村振兴。我国作为一个农业大国,国家历来重视农村、农业、农民的发展问题,农村电商作为解决“三农”问题的有效策略,在推动农村经济发展过程中发挥着不可替代的作用。发展农村电子商务不仅可以扩大农村市场规模、优化农村产业结构,还可以为农村带来新思想、新技术,推动乡村社会发展,实现村民增产增收。因此,本文深入分析乡村振兴背景下农村电子商务发展过程中存在的问题、发展创新的意义,从建设人才队伍、健全物流体系、营造特色品牌、集结监管力量、加强政策扶持等方面探索农村电子商务发展水平以及农村地区的经济建设水平。The report of the 20th National Congress of the Communist Party of China proposed to comprehensively promote rural revitalization. As a big agricultural country, the state has always attached importance to the development of countryside, agriculture and farmers. Rural e-commerce, as an effective strategy to solve the problem of “three farmers”, plays an irreplaceable role in promoting the process of rural economic development. The development of rural e-commerce can not only expand the scale of the rural market, and optimize the rural industrial structure, but also bring new ideas and new technologies to the countryside, promote rural social development, and achieve increased production and income of villagers. Therefore, this paper deeply analyzes the problems existing in the development process of rural e-commerce under the background of rural revitalization and the significance of development and innovation, and explores the development level of rural e-commerce and the economic construction level of rural areas from the aspects of building talent team, improving logistics system, creating characteristic brands, gathering regulatory forces, and strengthening policy support.
