“数商兴农”背景下贵州省农村电子商务发展问题与策略研究

摘要 农村电商是“互联网+”时代下的新兴产物,也是“十四五”时期发展农村数字经济的核心路径。近年来,贵州省在积极贯彻落实各项农村电商发展政策的同时,也出现了电商基础薄弱、专业队伍人才缺乏、品牌效应低、供应链体系不完善的发展困境,基于以上发展难题,文章立足现实发展,提出完善农村电商基础设施、加强农村人才培育、强化电商品牌建设、夯实贵州省农村电商供应链体系的基础的对策建议,为贵州省农村电商发展注入新血液。Rural e-commerce is an emerging product in the “Internet+” era, and it is also the core path to develop rural digital economy in the “14th Five-Year Plan” period. In recent years, while actively implementing various rural e-commerce development policies, Guizhou Province has also encountered development difficulties such as weak e-commerce foundation, lack of professional talents, low brand effect and imperfect supply chain system. Based on the above development problems, the article is based on realistic development. Countermeasures and suggestions were put forward to improve the rural e-commerce infrastructure, strengthen the cultivation of rural talents, strengthen the construction of e-commerce brands, and consolidate the foundation of Guizhou rural e-commerce supply chain system, so as to inject new blood into the development of rural e-commerce in Guizhou province.
