金融素养对农户消费结构升级的影响——基于CHFS数据的实证研究

摘要 消费结构升级既是实现经济内循环顺畅运行的重要内在驱动力,也是促进和扩大整体消费需求的关键步骤。金融素养为农户消费结构升级注入了新动能。基于西南财经大学2019年家庭金融调查(CHFS)数据,分析了金融素养如何影响农户的消费结构升级,并探讨了其背后的作用机制。研究显示:金融素养对农户消费结构升级具有显著的促进作用。在进行一系列稳健性检验后这一结论仍然成立。机制分析发现,金融素养通过提升家庭总收入和扩大消费信贷,正向影响农户消费结构升级。异质性分析表明,金融素养在高收入农户和低年龄农户中对消费结构升级的影响发挥的作用更大。Consumption structure upgrading is an important internal driving force for the smooth operation of economic internal circulation, and is also a key step to promote and expand overall consumption demand. Financial literacy has injected new impetus into rural household consumption structure upgrading. Based on the 2019 China Household Finance Survey (CHFS) data from the Southwestern University of Finance and Economics, this paper analyzes how financial literacy affects rural household consumption structure upgrading and explores the underlying mechanism. The study shows that financial literacy has a significant positive impact on rural household consumption structure upgrading. After conducting a series of robustness tests, this conclusion remains valid. The mechanism analysis shows that financial literacy improves household total income and expands consumption credit, positively affecting rural household consumption structure upgrading. The heterogeneity analysis shows that financial literacy plays a greater role in influencing rural household consumption structure upgrading among high-income households and young households.
