电子商务的研究现状及演变趋势——基于CiteSpace的知识图谱分析

The Current Status and Evolutionary Trends of E-Commerce Research—Based on CiteSpace Knowledge Mapping Analysis

电子商务是现代经济发展的重要推动力,是构建数字经济的重要组成部分,也是应对全球市场竞争的重要手段。以CNKI期刊数据库中1998~2024年关于电子商务的9408篇CSSCI来源文献为样本,借助CiteSpace软件绘制关键词共现、聚类图、突现图、时间线图、矩阵图等知识图谱,对电子商务文献进行综合分析,探索电子商务研究的分布状况、研究热点及动态演变规律。研究发现,发文作者呈现整体分散、局部集中特征,但跨地区、跨机构的合作研究成果不多;电子商务研究内容逐步深入,涉及范畴日益多元;研究视角从单一学科向交叉学科转变,包含电子商务的宏观、中观和微观演变趋势。当前研究主题的重点主要围绕数字经济、农村电商与跨境电商的发展问题,研究热点从早期的信息化建设、制度建设逐渐转向更高效率经济运行机制以及更加服务于人民的应用方向发展。E-commerce is an important driving force for modern economic development, a key component of the digital economy, and an important means to cope with global market competition. Based on a sample of 9408 CSSCI source documents on e-commerce from the CNKI journal database from 1998 to 2024, CiteSpace software was used to draw keyword co-occurrence, clustering, burst diagrams, timeline diagrams, and matrix diagrams to comprehensively analyze the literature on e-commerce, exploring the distribution, research hotspots, and dynamic evolution patterns of e-commerce research. The study found that the authors of the papers show a general dispersion with local concentration, but there are not many collaborative research results across regions and institutions;the content of e-commerce research has gradually deepened, involving an increasingly diverse range of categories;the research perspective has shifted from a single discipline to an interdisciplinary one, including the macro, meso, and micro evolutionary trends of e-commerce. The current research focus mainly revolves around the development issues of the digital economy, rural e-commerce, and cross-border e-commerce, and the research hotspots have gradually shifted from the early construction of informationization and institutional systems to more efficient economic operation mechanisms and directions that better serve the people’s applications.
