乡村振兴背景下直播带货助力基层相对贫困治理的创新路径研究

摘要 全面小康社会的建成,意味着我国基层贫困治理工作进入了相对贫困治理新阶段。作为一种扶贫的创新形式,直播带货拓宽了贫困地区产品的销售渠道,增加了贫困群体收入,也增强了官方的亲和力,促进了各方良好的互动。本文基于直播带货的扶贫成效,从创新扶贫方式,激发贫困对象内生脱贫动力;创新治理格局,增强基层相对贫困治理主体合力;创新产业扶贫体系,筑牢基层相对贫困治理的产业基础;创新工作方式,为基层相对贫困治理注入活力四个大的方面提出若干直播带货助力基层相对贫困治理的创新路径,以期我国各地基层在乡村振兴背景下脱贫攻坚成果的同时做好基层相对贫困治理的创新工作,进而实现乡村振兴战略,实现全体人民共同富裕的目标。The completion of a moderately prosperous society in all respects means that China’s grassroots poverty alleviation work has entered a new stage of relative poverty alleviation. As an innovative form of poverty alleviation, live streaming sales have expanded the sales channels of products in impoverished areas, increased the income of impoverished groups, strengthened official affinity, and promoted good interaction among all parties. This article is based on the poverty alleviation effectiveness of live streaming sales, and explores innovative poverty alleviation methods to stimulate endogenous poverty alleviation motivation among impoverished individuals;innovate governance patterns and enhance the joint efforts of grassroots relative poverty governance entities;innovate the poverty alleviation system through industries and build a solid industrial foundation for addressing relative poverty at the grassroots level;and innovate working methods and inject vitality into the governance of relative poverty at the grassroots level. It proposes several innovative paths for live streaming sales to assist in the governance of relative poverty at the grassroots level, in order to achieve the goal of common prosperity for all people while achieving the results of poverty alleviation in the context of rural revitalization at the grassroots level in various regions of China.
