数字技术赋能下社会工作助力数字乡村建设的创新路径研究——以贵州省为例

Research on the Innovative Path of Social Work Assisting Digital Rural Construction Empowered by Digital Technology—Taking Guizhou Province as an Example

在数字技术高速发展的今天,数字乡村建设已成为推动农业农村现代化、提升农民生活质量的关键,但是在数字乡村建设的过程中由于受经济发展水平、教育程度、基础设施等方面因素的制约,在建设实践中依然存在着困境。作为社会组织的重要组成部分,社会工作承担着向社会提供服务的责任,数字乡村建设也是社会工作的一个重要工作领域,因此本文以通过贵州省数字乡村建设现状收集整理,得出贵州省数字乡村建设实践中所遭遇到的困境,并以社会工作为切入点,结合贵州省在数字技术方面所具有的优势,推动数字乡村建设高质量发展。In today’s rapid development of digital technology, digital rural construction has become the key to promote the modernization of agriculture and rural areas and improve the quality of life of farmers, but in the process of digital rural construction due to the constraints of the level of economic development, the level of education, infrastructure and other factors, there are still dilemmas in the construction practice. As an important part of social organizations, social work bears the responsibility of providing services to the society, and digital rural construction is also an important field of work of social work. Therefore, this paper collects and organizes the status quo of digital rural construction in Guizhou Province, draws out the dilemmas encountered in the practice of digital rural construction in Guizhou Province, and takes social work as the point of entry, combines with the advantages of Guizhou Province in digital technology, and promotes the high-quality development of digital rural construction.
