摘要
网络购物已逐渐成为现代消费者的主要购物方式之一,无论是从购物的便利性、丰富的商品选择,还是较低的价格优势来看,网购都在深刻地改变着人们的消费习惯。然而,伴随这一变革的同时,消费者在网购过程中面临的一系列权益保护问题也日益凸显,尤其是消费者的知情权屡屡受到挑战。鉴于此,本文从网购背景下消费者知情权的内涵出发,详细分析当前消费者在知情权保障方面面临的现状与突出问题,进一步探讨通过明确商品信息、完善用户评价体系和建立有效的监督机制等各种措施保障消费者知情权,以期为完善网购环境中的消费者权益保护体系提供参考。Online shopping has gradually become one of the main shopping methods of modern consumers, whether from the point of view of shopping convenience, rich choice of goods, or lower price advantage, online shopping is profoundly changing people’s consumption habits. However, along with this change, a series of rights and interests protection problems consumers face in the process of online shopping are also becoming more and more prominent, especially the consumer’s right to know has been repeatedly challenged. In view of this, this paper starts from the connotation of the consumer’s right to know in the context of online shopping, analyzes in detail the current situation and outstanding problems faced by consumers in the protection of the right to know, further explores various measures to guarantee consumers’ right to know by clarifying commodity information, perfecting user evaluation system and establishing effective supervision mechanism, with a view to provide reference for improving the consumer rights and interests protection system in the environment of online shopping.
