摘要 随着移动互联网技术的不断进步,物流配送和第三方支付等基础设施的日益完善,电子商务行业迎来了快速发展的黄金时期。在这一背景下,二手交易平台作为“互联网+”模式的典型代表,正经历着一场深刻的变革。本文通过SWOT分析方法,对C2B2C模式下二手交易平台多抓鱼的优势、劣势、面临的机遇和挑战进行系统全面的分析,以市场发展的视角探讨多抓鱼出圈的经验启示以及策略,并提出针对二手交易平台发展的改进策略,旨在推动平台的持续成长与进步。With the continuous advancement of mobile Internet technology and the increasing improvement of logistics and third-party payment infrastructure, the e-commerce industry has ushered in a golden period of rapid development. Against this backdrop, second-hand trading platforms, as a typical representative of the “Internet Plus” model, are undergoing profound changes. This paper uses the SWOT analysis method to systematically and comprehensively analyze the strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and challenges faced by the C2B2C model second-hand trading platform, Duozhuayu. From the perspective of market development, this paper explores the experience and strategies of Duozhuayu’s breakout, and proposes improvement strategies for the development of second-hand trading platforms, aiming to promote the platform’s continuous growth and progress.
