数字经济赋能乡村振兴的逻辑耦合与路径探析

在新一轮科技革命的浪潮下,数字经济已经崭露头角,成为推动世界产业变革的先导力量,在我国,数字经济不仅深刻影响着城市经济的发展,还为破解乡村振兴难题提供了新的思路和路径。数字经济赋能乡村振兴具有理论逻辑、历史逻辑、实践逻辑三个维度的耦合关系,这不仅是理论的探索,也是历史的选择,更是实践的必然。数字经济作为一种新兴的经济形态,以其高效、便捷、跨界的特点,正逐渐改变传统的经济形式。当前,乡村振兴面临诸多挑战,针对这些现实困境,我们可以从以下五个方面着手:加快完善数字基础设施建设、培育数字农业人才、发展数字普惠金融、推动产业数字化转型、健全数字乡村治理体系。我们要牢牢抓住数字经济带来的机遇,有效破解乡村振兴的难题,助力乡村全面振兴,加快农业农村现代化步伐,为实现中国式现代化建设作出更大的贡献。Under the wave of scientific and technological revolution, the digital economy has emerged as a leading force in promoting industrial change in the world. In China, the digital economy not only profoundly affects the development of urban economy, but also provides new ideas and paths for cracking the problem of rural revitalization. Rural revitalization enabled by digital economy has a coupling relationship of three dimensions: theoretical logic, historical logic, and practical logic, which is not only the exploration of theory, but also the choice of history, and even more so, the practice of necessity. As an emerging economic form, the digital economy is gradually changing the traditional economic model with its efficient, convenient and cross-border characteristics. At present, rural revitalization faces many challenges, and in response to these problems, we can start from the following five aspects: accelerating the improvement of digital infrastructure construction, cultivating digital agricultural talents, developing digital inclusive finance, promoting industrial digital transformation, and improving the digital rural governance system. We should grasp the opportunities brought by the digital economy, effectively solve the problems of rural revitalization, help the countryside revitalize in all aspects, accelerate the pace of modernization of agriculture and rural areas, and make greater contributions to the realization of Chinese-style modernization.
