乡村振兴战略下农村电子商务发展存在的问题及对策研究

摘要 乡村振兴战略实施后,农村经济发展备受党中央的重视。随着互联网的高速发展,电子商务成为提升乡村经济水平的重要措施。充分利用电子商务带来的便利,不断拓宽农村农产品的销售渠道,进而提升乡村居民生活水平及其幸福指数。本文主要从农村基础设施、特色农产品、电商人才、村民、物流设施五个方面探讨在乡村振兴战略下农村电子商务发展中所存在的问题,并针对这些主要问题提出:完善农村电商发展的基础设施、优化农业生产体系、重视农村电子商务人才的培养,树立农村电商发展的主体意识、激发村民的积极性、构建完善的农村物流配送网络等解决对策,旨在为农村电子商务以及经济发展提供一定参考。After the implementation of the rural revitalization strategy, the development of rural economy has received much attention from the Party Central Committee. With the rapid development of the Internet, e-commerce has become an important measure to improve the economic level of rural areas. We should make full use of the convenience brought by e-commerce, continuously expand the sales channels of rural agricultural products, and thus improve the living standards and happiness index of rural residents. This article mainly discusses the problems existing in the development of rural e-commerce under the strategy of rural revitalization from five aspects: rural infrastructure, characteristic agricultural products, e-commerce talents, villagers, and logistics facilities. In response to these main problems, it proposes solutions such as improving the infrastructure for the development of rural e-commerce, optimizing the agricultural production system, attaching importance to the cultivation of rural e-commerce talents, establishing the main consciousness of rural e-commerce development, stimulating the enthusiasm of villagers, and constructing a sound rural logistics distribution network. The purpose is to provide some reference for rural e-commerce and economic development.
