The decentralized, transparent and tamper-proof nature of blockchain technology provides new opportunities for e-commerce, but it also poses legal challenges, such as liability sharing, data protection, privacy and cross-border transaction compliance. By analyzing the shortcomings of the current legal framework, this paper proposes measures to promote the compliant application of blockchain technology in e-commerce, such as strengthening international legal cooperation, formulating unified regulatory standards and introducing regulatory sandbox mechanisms. The legalization and sustainable development of e-commerce is ensured through a synergistic regulatory mechanism between technology and law.
