Especially in the banking industry, ESG not only affects banks’ sense of social responsibility and long-term value creation ability, but also plays a key role in enhancing banks’ risk management capabilities and promoting their stable development. The research aims to explore the application path of ESG strategy based on enterprise informatization in the financial performance reform of banks. It is expected that the research results can provide a feasible transformation path for banks and help them achieve more balanced and sustainable development in the context of the new era.
