乡村振兴战略背景下农村电商发展策略研究

摘要 在推进乡村振兴和加快农业农村现代化进程的大背景下,农村电商已成为新常态下的一种新型产业,它的兴起对乡村振兴战略的实施起到了至关重要的作用。在快速发展的同时,我国农村电商也面临诸如农村基础设施建设不足、人才引进和培养存在短板、品牌意识缺乏、售后服务不完善以及相关政策体制不健全的问题与挑战,针对这些发展中的问题,本文提出了一些可行的针对性建议和措施,以期为农村电商的发展提供一定的参考和借鉴。Against the background of promoting rural revitalization and accelerating the process of modernization of agriculture and rural areas, rural e-commerce has become a new type of industry under the new normal, and its rise has played a crucial role in the implementation of the rural revitalization strategy. At the same time of rapid development, China’s rural e-commerce is also faced with problems and challenges such as insufficient rural infrastructure, the introduction and training of talents, the lack of brand awareness, imperfect after-sales service, and the relevant policy system is not sound, in view of these problems in the development, this paper puts forward a number of feasible and targeted recommendations and measures, with a view to providing certain reference and reference for the development of rural e-commerce.
