摘要
农村电商是助推乡村振兴的重要力量,但其发展面临新的瓶颈,而新质生产力的形成和发展为推动农村电商的发展,解决存在的问题,增加效益带来新的契机。本文对农村电商发展效益从经济效益、社会效益、生态效益三个方面展开分析,同时也探讨其发展面临的一系列挑战,如基础设施建设滞后、专业人才缺乏和产品质量不一等问题。本文提出了以新质生产力赋能农村电商发展的作用机制,从需求端、供给端、市场对接三个层面赋能农村电商发展,形成两者协同发展的发展机制。提出应加大对新技术研发的投入,强化农村基础设施建设,培育复合型人才,引导农民调整种植结构,制定农村电商服务标准等综合性措施,以促进农村电商的发展。Rural e-commerce constitutes a crucial force for promoting rural revitalization;however, its development is encountering novel bottlenecks. The formation and development of new quality productivity to advance rural e-commerce, address existing issues, and enhance benefits present new opportunities. This paper examines the development benefits of rural e-commerce from three aspects: economic benefits, social benefits, and ecological benefits. It also deliberates on a series of challenges confronted in its development, such as lagging infrastructure construction, the shortage of professionals, and product quality. This paper proposes the mechanism of facilitating the development of rural e-commerce with new quality productivity, enabling the development of rural e-commerce from the three levels of the demand side, the supply side, and market docking, and establishing a development mechanism of coordinated development of the two. It is recommended that we increase investment in new technology research and development, strengthen rural infrastructure construction, cultivate compound talents, guide farmers to adjust the planting structure, formulate rural e-commerce service standards and other comprehensive measures to promote the development of rural e-commerce.
