农村电子商务是数智时代推进乡村振兴战略实施,加快农业农村现代化的重要抓手。现阶段,农村电商在助推农民增收致富、加快农业转型升级和促进和美乡村建设等方面发挥了重要作用,但同样面临着农村基础设施不健全、人才体系亟待完善、产品缺乏品牌效应、网络监管不足等发展困境。因此,要进一步完善基础设施建设、构建人才培养体系、强化电商品牌建设和加强网络安全监管,推动农村电商的持续性良好发展,为乡村全面振兴源源不断注入新动能。Rural e-commerce is a crucial driver in the digital intelligence era for advancing the rural revitalization strategy and accelerating the modernization of agriculture and rural areas. Currently, rural e-commerce plays a vital role in increasing farmers’ incomes, expediting agricultural transformation and upgrading, and fostering the construction of harmonious rural communities. However, it faces significant challenges such as inadequate rural infrastructure, an underdeveloped talent system, lack of product branding, and insufficient network supervision. Therefore, to promote the sustainable and robust development of rural e-commerce and to continually inject new momentum into comprehensive rural revitalization, it is essential to enhance infrastructure construction, develop a talent cultivation system, strengthen e-commerce brand building, and improve network security supervision.
