新质生产力是马克思主义政治经济学中国化时代化的重要理论成果,也是新时代推动创新驱动发展、引领战略性新兴产业和未来产业发展的行动指南。近年来随着全球化和互联网的普及,跨境电子商务市场规模逐渐增长,当今世界最稀缺的就是市场,新发展阶段要求我国不断地加快对外开放,增强我国境外生存力。新质生产力的提出为跨境电子商务的火热添了一把新柴,新质生产力对当代中国新发展阶段的跨境电子商务高质量发展具有重要理论价值和实践价值。本文的研究重点在于探讨新发展阶段下跨境电子商务的“新”与“质”,在新质生产力提出的语境上赋予跨境电子商务新的实践意义。其次探讨在“新”与“质”的高速发展下研究跨境电子商务发展的特性。最后总结出新质生产力下跨境电子商务的影响。The new quality productivity is an important theoretical achievement of the sinicization and modernization of Marxist political economy, and it is also a guide for promoting innovation driven development, leading strategic emerging industries, and future industrial development in the new era. In recent years, with the popularization of globalization and the Internet, the scale of cross-border e-commerce market has gradually increased. The most scarce market in the world today is the market. The new development stage requires China to constantly accelerate its opening up to the outside world and enhance its overseas viability. The proposal of new quality productivity has added a new fuel to the popularity of cross-border e-commerce. New quality productivity has an important theoretical and practical value for the high-quality development of cross-border e-commerce in the new development stage of contemporary China. The focus of this study is to explore the “new” and “quality” of cross-border e-commerce in the new development stage, and to give new practical significance to cross-border e-commerce in the context of the emergence of new quality productivity. Secondly, it explores the characteristics of cross-border e-commerce development under the rapid development of “new” and “quality”. Finally, it summarizes the impact of cross-border e-commerce under the new quality productivity.
