摘要 随着互联网技术的飞速发展,电子商务已成为现代经济的重要组成部分,极大地改变了人们的消费方式和商业运作模式。然而,电子商务所固有的虚拟特质与信息不对称等特性,却催生了一系列新颖的消费者权益保障挑战。本文立足于电子商务法学的维度,深入剖析当前电子商务领域内消费者权益保护的现状、所面临的问题及其背后的根源,进而探讨应对策略。此举旨在为强化相关法规体系、提升消费者权益保护的实际效能,提供既具理论深度又富有实践意义的参考与支持。With the rapid development of Internet technology, e-commerce has become an important part of modern economy, which has greatly changed people’s consumption mode and business operation mode. However, the inherent virtual characteristics and information asymmetry of e-commerce have given birth to a series of novel challenges to protect consumers’ rights and interests. Based on the dimension of e-commerce law, this paper makes an in-depth analysis of the current status of consumer rights protection in the field of e-commerce, the problems faced and the root causes behind, and then discusses the countermeasures. This move aims to strengthen the relevant legal system, improve the actual efficiency of consumer rights and interests protection, and provide reference and support with both theoretical depth and practical significance.
