“一带一路”背景下黑龙江省跨境电商发展研究

Research on the Development of Cross-Border E-Commerce in Heilongjiang Province under the Background of “One Belt and One Road”

今天,以互联网为依托的跨境电子商务贸易已然成为了一种主流的贸易方式。跨境电子商务贸易的兴起不但起到了宣传了本国产品,激发了敢于创新精神的作用,更是为国内市场带来了新的发展机遇,促进了各个国家和地区之间的经济与文化的交流。黑龙江省凭借其毗邻俄罗斯的地域优势,逐渐成为我国对俄贸易的桥头堡和枢纽站。如今,在国家“一带一路”战略的推动下,黑龙江省跨境电商进入了一个新的发展阶段,但是在跨境电商的贸易体系、物流体系和人才培养等方面仍然存在着一系列的问题。本文在介绍中国跨境电子商务发展的特点和现状的基础上,分析在“一带一路”背景下,黑龙江省跨境电子商务发展现状以及存在的问题并提出相应的对策和建议,从而推动黑龙江省跨境电子商务的发展。

Today, the internet-based cross-border e-commerce trade has become a mainstream way of trade. The rise of cross-border e-commerce trade not only plays a role in promoting domestic products and inspiring the spirit of innovation, but also brings new development opportunities to the domestic market and promotes the economic and cultural exchanges between various countries and regions. By virtue of its geographical advantages adjacent to Russia, Heilongjiang Province has gradually become the bridgehead and hub of China’s trade with Russia. Now, under the promotion of the national “One Belt and One Road” strategy, the development of cross-border e-commerce in Heilongjiang Province has entered a new stage, but there are still a series of problems in the trade system, logistics system and talent training of cross-border e-commerce. Based on the introduction of the characteristics and current situation of cross-border e-commerce development in China, this paper analyzes the current situation and existing problems of cross-border e-commerce development in Heilongjiang Province under the background of “One Belt and One Road” and puts forward corresponding countermeasures and suggestions, so as to promote the development of cross-border e-commerce in Heilongjiang Province.
