高校科研经费信息化管理探析

Analysis on the Information Management of Scientific Research Funds in Colleges and University

随着国家对高校科研经费投入的逐年增长,高校科研经费传统管理模式面临巨大压力和挑战,探索科研经费的信息化管理模式迫在眉睫。文章以高校为例,分析高校科研经费信息化管理现状、存在问题及产生的原因,并以“跳出财务看财务”的视角,对高校科研经费信息化管理提出可供参考的建议。

With the increase of the state’s investment in scientific research funds in colleges and universities year by year, the traditional management mode of scientific research funds in colleges and universities is facing tremendous pressure and challenges, and it is urgent to explore the information management mode of scientific research funds. Taking S university as an example, this paper analyzes the current situation, existing problems and causes of information management of scientific research funds in universities, and puts forward some suggestions for information management of scientific research funds in universities from the perspective of jumping out of finance to see finance.
