The purpose of this paper is to explore the fit between ChatGPT and comprehensive budget management and analyze its application value in comprehensive budget management. By constructing a comprehensive budget management framework model based on ChatGPT, this paper further analyzes the concerns in the application and implementation of the model, with a view to providing enterprises with new ideas and methods to improve the level of comprehensive budget management.
