外商直接投资对中国产业结构的影响分析

Analysis of the Influence of FDI on Chinese Industrial Structure

在经济全球化进程不断加快的国际背景之下,我国对外开放国策初见成效,外商直接投资规模逐年扩大,促进我国经济增长,同时伴随着我国供给侧改革不断深入,我国的产业结构不断进行调整转变以适应新经济形势,整体产业结构更优化。本文试图找出外商直接投资和中国产业结构调整之间存在的因果关系,为外商直接投资有利于中国产业结构升级提供佐证。本文先调查分析了我国外商直接投资和产业结构现状,再建立VAR模型,通过实证分析验证外商直接投资能够促进我国产业结构升级,但其促进作用有限且存在一定的滞后效应。最后,对政府如何合理利用外商直接投资促进中国产业结构升级提出了政策性建议。

Against the backdrop of accelerating economic globalization, China’s state policy of opening-up has achieved initial results and the scale of foreign direct investment has expanded year by year, which has promoted China’s economic growth. At the same time, China’s supply-side reform continues to deepen, industrial structure adjustment to adapt to the new economic situation, the overall indus-trial structure is more optimized. This paper tries to find out the causal relationship between for-eign direct investment and China’s industrial structure adjustment, and proves that foreign direct investment can promote the upgrading of China’s industrial structure. This paper first analyzes the current situation of foreign direct investment and industrial structure in China, and then establish-es VAR model to verify that foreign direct investment can promote the upgrading of China’s indus-trial structure through empirical analysis. However, its promoting effect is limited and there is a certain lag effect. Finally, the author puts forward some policy suggestions on how to use FDI to promote the upgrading of China’s industrial structure.
