“双碳”背景下安徽绿色金融高质量发展路径研究

Research on the High-Quality Development Path of Green Finance in Anhui Province under the Background of “Double-Carbon”

绿色金融是促进产业发展转型、经济结构优化的重要载体,也是双碳背景下实现经济社会高质量发展的关键依托。本文聚焦安徽绿色金融的发展现状,剖析绿色金融发展存在的不足,凝练绿色金融高质量发展的路径。研究结果表明:现阶段,安徽通过构建全面多元绿色金融制度体系,完善绿色信贷管理体制,强化创新绿色产品研发机制等手段有效引导绿色金融发挥在资源要素配置中的积极作用,并通过向绿色科技创新、低碳环保产业等新兴战略产业划拨专项信贷资金等方式支持绿色经济、低碳经济发展。据此,应当进一步完善政府政策支持、加强信息披露、提高多元化创新型绿色金融产品等方面来探寻更好促进安徽省绿色金融高质量发展的路径,从而促进区域经济创新型发展转型。

Green finance is an important carrier to promote industrial development and transformation and promote economic structure optimization, and also the key support to achieve high-quality economic and social development under the background of double carbon. This paper focuses on the development status of green finance in Anhui province, analyzes the shortcomings of the development of green finance, and summarizes the path of high-quality development of green finance. The results show that: At present, Anhui Province is actively promoting the positive role of green finance in resource allocation by establishing a comprehensive and diverse green financial system. This includes enhancing the management of green credit and strengthening mechanisms for innovative research and development of green products. Furthermore, it supports the development of green and low-carbon economies through targeted allocation of special credit funds to emerging strategic industries such as green technological innovation and low-carbon environmental protection. Therefore, we should further improve the government policy support, strengthen information disclosure, and improve the diversified and innovative green financial products to better promote the high-quality development of green finance in Anhui Province, so as to promote the innovative development and transformation of regional economy.
