摘要
随着人们对饮食品质的追求,美食旅游逐渐引起国内外学者的关注。本文对国内外美食旅游相关文献进行研究,首先分析了美食旅游的定义:美食旅游即是美食在旅游活动中具有重要作用的旅游。并提出了旅游研究中应着重关注美食在对旅游者行为、旅游目的地方面的影响。其次重点分析了美食对旅游目的地经济文化的影响。然后对国内外较少关注的美食意象这一概念进行介绍:美食意象是旅游者对美食属性的认知与就餐情绪的感知,属于旅游者的感知意象。最后结合相关研究结果提出了对旅游目的地的相关启示。
With the concern of the quality of food, people are becoming interested in food tourism, which has gradually attracted the attention of internal and external scholars. First, the connotations of food tourism-culinary play an important role during the journey which is discussed. We also put forward that the research about food tourism should pay more attention to the influence of food on tourists’ behavior and destination. Secondly, the influence of food on the economy and culture of tourist des-tinations has been analyzed. Then an important concept in literature and food image is been dis-cussed. Food image is tourists’ perception of food attribute and affection, which belongs to tourists’ perception image. Finally, some enlightenment for the tourism industry is provided.
