为了减轻不动产统一登记权籍调查过程中的工作量,实现“房地合一”的管理及不动产统一编号,本文参考不动产登记数据库标准,解决不动产权籍调查中宗地数据的编辑、房地产数据编辑、数据检查、成果输出、数据交换、电子档案管理等几个问题,提高项目生产效率,保证智能权调系统成果数据与不动产登记数据库高度匹配,同时实现智能权调系统数据生产和成果质量控制一体化。
