目前国内市场的烟斗丝基本以进口为主,品牌不同其风格特征也不相同,而且还没有形成一套完整的烟斗丝制作工艺技术体系,所采用的方法粗放简单,特别是在原料选取配制、加料发酵处理等方面存在一定的技术缺陷,烟斗丝品质不佳。四川中烟长城雪茄烟厂历时两年研究烟斗丝制作工艺,克服重重难题,初步形成了一套完整的烟斗丝制作工艺技术体系,其烟斗丝成品具有香气丰满醇和、劲道力量适中、层次变化丰富、口感清甜舒适等特点。

At present, most of the pipe tobaccos in China’s domestic market are imported, with different brands and different style characteristics. The production technology for these imported pipes is extensive and without a complete technological system, especially on raw material sorting and blending, fermentation and processing. After a study on the making technology of pipe tobacco for two years and overcoming mountains of difficulties, China Tobacco Sichuan Industrial Co., Ltd. Great Wall Cigar Factory has built up a complete technological system. The pipe tobacco made by Great Wall has the characteristics of pure, mild and full aroma, and moderate strength;and structure of the tobacco is in a balance of diversified change and richness, with fresh and sweet taste.
