新时代新理念下生态农业产业发展策略研究——以淮安市为例

Research on the Development Strategyof Ecological Agriculture Industry in the New Era and New Concept—Taking Huai’an as an Example

生态农业可以较好地兼顾经济效益、社会效益和生态效益。全面贯彻落实“两山”理论,必须高度重视生态农业在生态文明建设中的重要作用。淮安市生态农业发展具备良好的基础,取得了长足进步,但也还存在一些制约因素。本文通过分析淮安市生态农业发展现状及存在的制约因素,提出新时代新理念下淮安市生态农业产业发展的对策建议。

Ecological agriculture could make good considerations among economic, social and ecological benefits. To fully implement the "two mountains"theory, we need to pay great attention to the important role of ecological agriculture in the construction of ecological civilization. The development of ecological agriculture in Huai'an has already had a good foundation and achieved great progress;however, there are still some restrictive factors. This article analyzes the current situation of the development and the existing constraints of ecological agriculture in Huai'an, and puts forward countermeasures and suggestions for the development of ecological agriculture in Huai'an in the background of the new era and new concepts.
