In the construction of irrigation and water conservancy projects, it is inevitable to change the original topography or cause damage to the farmland ecological environment. Irrigation and water conservancy project is the basic lifeline of agricultural economic development, which is closely related to agricultural production, rural economic development, farmers’ life and other aspects. Therefore, how to coordinate the good relationship between irrigation and water conservancy construction and ecological environment and maintain the sustainable development of agriculture is particularly important.
