高产优质甜柿资源研究

Study on Sweet Persimmon Resources with High Yield and High Quality

摘要 本研究鉴选出产量高、品质好的4个不同类型的甜柿优良品种;开展了甜柿生物学特性研究,明确了甜柿的生长发育规律和抗逆特性等,界定了甜柿的适栽区域,提出了甜柿以春剪为主、夏剪为辅的修剪策略与技术;通过几种不同树形的比较试验,确定了Y字树形为高光效、高产、优质树形;研究确定了防止大小年、提高产量和商品果率的疏蕾疏果技术;形成了单芽带木质嵌接大田成活率85%以上、茎基部劈接成活率90%以上的高效繁殖技术;对13个不同类型的甜柿品种进行了营养成分分析,为柿果商品化提供了科学依据。 This study selected 4 different types of sweet persimmon excellent varieties with high yield and good quality, carried out a study on the biological characteristics of sweet persimmon, defined the growth and development law and anti-reversal characteristics of sweet persimmon, defined the suitable planting area of sweet persimmon, and put forward the pruning strategy and technique of sweet persimmon with spring shear as the main and summer scissors as a supplement. The Y-shape is determined as high-yielding, and high-quality tree shape with high light efficiency, the research determines the thinning bud and fruit technology to prevent the size year, improves the yield and commodity fruit rate, and forms the high-efficiency seedling propagation technology of single bud with wood mosaic field survival rate of more than 85%, and the stem-based split survival rate of more than 90% of the high-efficiency seedlings. The nutritional composition analysis of 13 different types of sweet persimmon varieties was carried out, which provided a scientific basis for the commercialization of persimmon fruit.
