摘要
为探讨使用无钠原料的可行性,减少钠盐累积,该文开展了钝顶螺旋藻无钠培养初步实验。结果显示:钝顶螺旋藻在无钠培养条件下生长过程的藻浓度与常规原料培养无显著差异(P 】0.05),无钠培养的螺旋藻粉蛋白质含量无异于常规原料培养(P 】0.05),无钠培养养殖液钠离子含量显著低于常规培养(P 【0.01),可看出无钠培养过程可以作为常规培养的补充,可减轻养殖废水处理的难度。
The preliminary experiment of cultivating Spirulina platensis with Na+-free culture medium was carried out to explore the feasibility of using Na+-free raw materials to reduce the accumulation of Na+ in this paper. The result shows: there was no significant difference for the growth of Spirulina platensis in Na+-free cultivation and conventional cultivation, the protein content in Na+-free cultivation is higher than that in conventional cultivation (P >0.05). The Na+ content of the Na+-free culture medium was significantly lower than that of the conventional culture (P +-free cultivation could be used as a supplement of the conventional cultivation, which could reduce the difficulty of the treatment of the aquaculture wastewater.
