淮安区家庭农场发展的现状及对策

The Present Situation and Countermeasures of Family Farm Development in Huai’an District

本文对淮安区自2013年~2020年成立的902家家庭农场进行调查并分析。结果表明:淮安区家庭农场促进了当地种植业和养殖业发展,取得了一定的社会效益和经济效益,但在发展的过程中也存在不少突出问题,如产业结构单一、农场主文化水平偏低、农场规模小,抵御风险能力弱。本文提出了相应的对策。

This article investigates and analyzes 902 family farms established in Huai’an District from 2013 to 2020. The results show that the family farms in Huai’an District have promoted the development of local planting and breeding industries, and achieved certain social and economic benefits. However, there are also many outstanding problems in the development process, such as a single industrial structure and poor cultural level of farmers, small farm scale, and weak ability to resist risks. Corresponding countermeasures are proposed.
