摘要
为了检验近红外测定小麦品质的准确性,对30份小麦样品进行近红外法和国标化学法检测。相关性分析显示,两种检测方法获得的蛋白质和湿面筋数据都呈极显著相关(P 【0.01),相关系数分别为0.951和0.845,说明近红外法可代替国标化学法检测小麦蛋白质含量,近红外法测量的湿面筋含量可作为参考数据用于育种初筛。
